How do I become a LUX4U member?
Becoming a LUX4U member is simple! Just head over to our Become A Member page where you can choose the membership that best fits your preferences. Fill out our simple sign-up form, and you’re all set. As a member of LUX4U you’ll gain access to our members portal, allowing you to effortlessly track giveaways, unlock exclusive discounts, and enjoy a world of luxury experiences and fun!
What benefits do I get as a LUX4U member?
As a member, you’ll gain FREE access to exclusive giveaways, exclusive deals from our retail partners and invitations to VIP events. You’ll also have the chance to win amazing prizes!
Are there different membership plans?
Yes, we offer three membership tiers: Basic, Pro, and VIP. Each one has different benefits and features. You can choose the one that suits you best.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you can easily manage your subscription in your account settings.
How do I access retail partners?
When you become a member or purchase a one-off package you’ll be added to our mailing list and you'll receive login details to the LUX4U members portal. In the portal, you can access the discounts from our retail partners, update your details if need be, and also see our upcoming giveaways and event invitations!
What happens if I change my membership tier?
Members accumulate additional FREE entries into every draw for each continuous month that they are a LUX4U member. The number of FREE entries you receive in a particular draw depends upon your current membership level and the membership type that you held in all preceding months. Please see here for full terms and conditions.
How do I update my payment details?
Visit www.lux4umembers.com.au/login then click Profile > Membership > Access payment information

Are there bonuses for being a LUX4U member?
Yes! Every 6 months you can claim accumulating free entries into one promotion of your choice. You can choose to use the entries at any point in the following 6 months.
For example, at 6 months you can claim 5 free entries into a giveaway of your choice, at 12 months you can claim 10 entries into a giveaway of your choice!
The same goes for 18, 24, 30, 36 months etc.

I no longer wish to be a member, how do I stop?
We value your freedom! You can cancel your LUX4U membership at any time. Simply email support@lux4u.com.au and we will send you a link to cancel your membership. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Launched in 2024, LUX4U is a platform that revives the value of shopping and luxury experiences, by partnering with your favourite Australian brands, bringing you the best discounts, hosting weekly livestreams, and exclusive access to LUX4U SHOP (coming December 2024).
How do I participate in LUX4U giveaways?
There are two ways to participate in our LUX4U giveaways. You can either become a member and automatically receive a FREE entry into every members-only and major giveaway, or you can purchase a one-off package giving you FREE entries into our major giveaways.
What kind of prizes can I win?
LUX4U offers a wide range of luxury prizes! Our prizes are from brands such as Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton and more. Check out our past winners to see the incredible prizes they’ve won.
How often are giveaways and promotions run?
We do a major luxury giveaway and multiple members-only luxury giveaways every Tuesday.
Can anyone enter and win?
Yes, anyone can become a LUX4U member and take advantage of our retail partners. In regards to our giveaways, all members receive FREE entries into all draws, however, residents of SA, NT and ACT are excluded from all major giveaways due to regulations.
What do 'accumulating entries' mean?
Every month you're a LUX4U member your FREE entries into each draw will grow! For example, if you're a PRO member you will receive the following FREE entries into EVERY major and members-only:
Month 1 = 3 Entries
Month 2 = 6 Entries
Month 3 = 9 Entries
Month 4 = 12 Entries
And this will continue to grow for as long as you are a LUX4U member. There is no cap to this, giving you more chances to win the longer you're a member!
Do I need to have a LUX4U membership to enter and win?
Having a LUX4U membership gives you FREE entries into every major giveaway and every members-only giveaway. The higher your membership the more accumulating FREE entries you receive.
You can also purchase a one-off package which gives you access to our LUX4U Platform for a limited period of time. Your one-off package will also give you FREE entries into our major giveaway.
If I do win, how am I contacted?
We will contact all members-only giveaway winners via social media, sms or email on the day they win. All major giveaway winners will be contacted by a phone call on the day they win.
How are the giveaways drawn?
LUX4U pay Random Draws Australia, a government certified, third party platform to conduct all giveaways. Your name goes into the draw x the number of accumulating entries you are currently receiving, as determined by your membership tier and the amount of time you've been a member. You can receive additional entries into the draw by using your loyalty bonus entries or by making one-off package purchases.
Can I win more than once?
Yes! There is no limit to how many times you can win our members-only or major giveaways.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at the check out and depend on the products being purchased and the location they are to be shipped to.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is in Melbourne, Australia.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you’re having trouble finding these details, please contact our team at support@lux4u.com.au
Can I change or cancel my order
Email us at support@lux4u.com.au to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched. LUX4U will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
All membership sales are final.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We charge a restocking fee of $20 per product on all change of mind returns. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. To be eligible for a change of mind return, the product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, the box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges for other products.
If the product is faulty, does not work or significantly differs from the description, then a full refund or replacement will be provided.
